Customs History

We do not accept any returns on Jewelry, Crochet Products, or any Services. If your copper jewelry is damaged within 30 days, please contact us and we will rewrap the jewelry for a $10 fee. All Custom sales are final due to their nature. If a customer is unsatisfied with a product after purchase, Grey Customs will do a rewrap and re-design for a reduced fee. Grey Customs is not liable for products damaged during shipping. 

DISCLAIMER: Copper is a soft metal and can be easily manipulated. If not properly cared for, it will bend. Do no:

• Put in pocket
• Throw
• Carry in backpack
• Pull on pendant, ring, etc.
• Drop

Copper will also tarnish and patina over time. We oxidize all pieces (unless custom and specified by customer) to assist in this process and help the piece reach it's final form upon completion. This does not mean that the copper will not change over time. It is only OUR precaution and a part of our design processes.

All Crocheted products can have stitches pulled if not careful. Like any knit item, they have holes and the yarn can be broken, break, or stretch if the holes are played with or have any items inserted into them.
